Fans, new and old, can expect Lesh and Weir to “furthur” explore some of the Grateful Dead’s classic songs with an all-star band that includes keyboardist Jeff Chimenti (RatDog), drummer Joe Russo (Benevento – Russo Duo, Trey Anastasio), guitarist John Kadlecik (Dark Star Orchestra) and vocalists Sunshine Becker and Jeff Pehrson.

Prior to the show in Boston, Further will perform at the Meadowbrook Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on Tuesday. July 16. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $35 to $62.50, will go on sale Friday at noon through the venue’s website.

Furthur began their nine-night, sold-out run at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York last night.
