Florence and the Machine have revealed plans for a stateside headlining tour this summer. The English rockers, who played a sold-out gig at the House of Blues on Halloween, will return to Boston to play the more expansive Bank of America Pavilion on Thursday, June 23. Tickets for the show, which are priced at $20 and $30, will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

Continuing their tour in support of their 2009 debut album, Lungs. Powered by the hit single “Dog Days Are Over”, the album reached #14 on the Billboard 200 after topping the charts in the United Kingdom. Led by lead singer Florence Welch, the band performed at Sunday’s Grammy Awards ceremony, where they were nominated for Best New Artist. A new album is expected to be released later this year.

Along with the band’s headlining dates, Florence and the Machine will open a handful of U2’s 360 tour stadium shows in the United States.
