Filter have announced plans for brief tour of the Northeast next month. The Los Angeles-based rockers will hit Massachusetts for a show at Showcase Live in Foxboro on Wednesday, March 7. Tickets for the show are now on sale through Ticketmaster for $16.

Led by frontman Richard Patrick, Filter continue to tour in support of their latest offering, 2010’s The Trouble With Angels. Produced by Bob Marlette (Black Sabbath, Atreyu), the album features singles “The Inevitable Relapse” and “No Love”. The band’s fifth studio effort and first since 2008’s Anthems for the Damned was produced by Patrick and Bob Marlette (Seether, Shinedown). Most recently, Filter contributed a cover of “Gimme All Your Lovin'” to the ZZ Top tribute album, ZZ Top: A Tribute From Friend.

Prior to the Massachusetts show, Filter will perform three other shows in New England: Wally’s Pub in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire on March 1, the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut on March 2 and the Boston Billiard Club in Nashua, New Hampshire on March 3.

For each of the shows, Filter is offering a limited number of VIP packages including a $50 “Meet and Greet” package and a more expansive “Roadie For A Day” package for $250.
