Feist has revealed plans for a springtime tour in support of her new album, Metals. The Canadian singer-songwriter will make her to Massachusetts for a concert at Boston’s House of Blues on Monday, May 7. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $32.50 and $45.

Metals, Feist’s fourth studio effort, debuted at #7 on the Billboard 200 after its release last September. Recorded in Toronto and Big Sur, California, the 12-track album features Feist’s frequent collaborators Chilly Gonzales, Mocky and producer Valgeir Sigurosson. The video for lead single “How Come You Never Go There” is streaming below.

“There’s a lot more chaos and movement and noise than I’ve had before,” Feist said of Metals in a press release. “I allowed for mistakes more than I ever have, which end up not being mistakes when you open things up and make room for them. It was about un-simplifying things and leaning on these masterful minds I have so much respect for. We were sort of testing the air, like a sea captain licks his finger to see which way the wind is coming from. It was less Brill Building and more naturalistic.”
