Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez are teaming up for a summer tour of North America. The two Latin pop icons will visit Boston for a performance at the TD Garden on Wednesday, July 25. Tickets for the concert, which range in price from $27 to $157, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin Y Yandel will open the show.

Iglesias and Lopez will reportedly perform some songs together, while alternating the closing sets.

“I’m so excited to be spending this summer out on the road,” Iglesias declared in a press release. “There is no better feeling than being out on stage in front of all my friends.”

Iglesias, who will make a special guest appearance at the Kiss 108’s upcoming Kiss Concert at the Comcast Center later this month, will be promoting his latest album, 2010’s Euphoria. The singer’s ninth studio effort and first to feature songs in both English and Spanish, has been powered by hits “I Like It”, which “Heartbeat” and “Tonight (I’m Lovin’ You)”. He headlined the TD Garden last September.

For Lopez, who last toured with her ex-husband Marc Anthony in 2007, the tour is being billed as her first solo tour. Last summer, the singer released her seventh studio album Love?. It featured hit singles “On the Floor” and “I’m Into You”. Currently starring on Fox’s “American Idol”, Lopez is planning on releasing a greatest hits album this summer.

“This is my first tour, but I want to give my fans everything that they’re waiting for,” explained Lopez in a recent interview with MTV News. “All the hits, lots of dancing, all the stuff they love. But some new surprises. Lots of energy, lots of great music, obviously. A little bit of English, a little bit of Spanish, a little bit of everything I think that our fans really want.”

Wisin Y Yandel will release their ninth studio album, Los LĂderes, in June.
