Elton John has added a show in Connecticut to his run of East Coast shows in March. The legendary performer will play the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville on Friday, March 11. Tickets go on sale today at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $125 and $185.

The show is being billed as a “Greatest Hits Live” concert, as John plans on performing his number one hits and classic album tracks from throughout his five-decade career. Additionally, fans can expect John to perform a few selections from his most recent release, The Union, a collaborative effort with Leon Russell. John’s band includes Davey Johnstone on guitar, Bob Birch on bass, John Mahon on percussion, Nigel Olsson on drums, and Kim Bullard on keyboards.

Following his show at Mohegan Sun, John and his band will play the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 12. A very limited amount of tickets for that show remain available through Ticketmaster.

John was recently in the area when he and Russell performed material off The Union for the very first time as part of T Bone Burnett’s Speaking Clock Revue benefit concert at the Citi Wang Theatre in October.
