Ellie Goulding has revealed plans for a stateside tour in support of her brand new album, Halcyon. The English indie-pop favorite will hit Boston for a show at the House of Blues on Wednesday, January 23. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

“I’m so excited to start touring my new album Halcyon properly,” said Goulding in a press release. “I’m incredibly proud of this record and the reaction has been over-whelming. Touring and playing shows is my favorite part of what I do, and I really can’t wait to get on the road.”

Released earlier this month, Halcyon debuted at #9 on the Billboard 200. It follows her debut album, Lights, which was the best-selling debut album of 2010 in the United Kingdom. Goulding worked with several producers on the new album, including Jim Elliot, Calvin Harris, MONSTA, Justin Parker, Mike Spencer, Starsmith among others.
