Get your calendars out. The Dropkick Murphys have scheduled the dates for their annual run of St. Patrick’s Day shows at Boston’s House of Blues. The pride of Boston’s “Lansdowne Invasion” will include five shows over four days, beginning on Thursday, March 13 and continuing through Sunday, March 16 with an extra matinee performance scheduled for Saturday, March 15. Tickets for each of the shows will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $32.50 and $60.

The run of Boston shows will cap the band’s national St. Patricks Day Tour, details for which will be announced shortly.

Dropkick Murphys’ most recent full length, Signed and Sealed in Blood, was released in January of this year and is the follow up to 2011’s Going Out In Style. The band’s eighth studio effort and second with producer Ted Hutt (Gaslight Anthem, Old Crow Medicine Show) debuted at #9 on the Billboard 200. Recorded at Q Division studios and mixed by Joe Chiccarelli (The White Stripes), it features singles “Rose Tattoo”, “The Boys Are Back” and “Out Of Our Heads” (video streaming below).

Earlier this year, the Dropkick Murphys’ charitable foundation The Claddagh Fund donated over $300,000 to over 60 victims affected by the tragic events surrounding the Boston Marathon. The three-year old foundation created a specific fund following the bombings, with 100% of the proceeds disbursed directly to the victims and their families. The funds were raised through a three-pronged “For Boston” charitable campaign, which included special t-shirt sales, a benefit concert and a special digital EP featuring a newly recorded version “Rose Tattoo” with guest vocals from Bruce Springsteen.
