Dave Matthews Band have revealed plans to return to the road for another summer tour, which will include a pair of stops in New England. The veteran rockers will stop in Massachusetts for a two-night stand at the Comcast Center in Mansfield on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16 with special guest Brandi Carlile. Tickets for each of the shows, which range in price from $40.50 to $75, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

The upcoming tour will be in support of the band’s latest album, Away from the World. Released in September, Dave Matthews Band’s eighth studio effort and follow-up to 2009’s Big Whiskey & the GrooGrux King, debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. It marked the band’s sixth straight studio release to debut at the top of the chart. The band reunited with acclaimed producer Steve Lillywhite, who produced their first three studio albums: Under The Table And Dreaming, Crash and Before These Crowded Streets. Away from the World features single “Mercy” (video is streaming below) and “If Only”.

Prior to the show in Massachusetts, Dave Matthews Band will perform at the Comcast Theatre in Hartford, Connecticut on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8. Tickets for each of the shows, which will also feature special guests The Head and the Heart, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $40.50 and $75.

Along with the standard release, Away from the World is available in deluxe and super deluxe formats. The deluxe version features three exclusive new live tracks, including a rendition of “Gaucho” from their Hartford show last year. The super-deluxe edition includes the deluxe CD, a DVD, a 2012 tour photo book and more. The DVD is comprised of ten tracks filmed during the band’s 2012 summer tour, including “Pig” from the band’s stop at the Comcast Center.
