Brooks & Dunn have postponed their show originally scheduled for this Saturday, June 26 at the Comcast Center in Mansfield to Friday, August 13.

The legendary country music duo has been forced to reschedule dates on their The Last Rodeo Tour due to illness. At the recommendation of his doctor, Ronnie Dunn was put on vocal rest for three weeks. On the band’s official website, Dunn said via text message: “Following my doctor’s order, shutting up, getting well and comin’ back asap!”.

Brooks & Dunn’s stop in Hartford will now take place on Saturday, August 14 at the Comcast Theatre. All tickets will be honored on the new dates and tickets remain available at LiveNation.com.

As previously reported, this will be Brooks & Dunn’s last tour. After enjoying one of the most successful careers in the history of music, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn announced last summer that they would part ways after a nationwide tour in 2010. Last fall, they released their final greatest hits compilation, #1’s and then some.
