Britney Spears plans Femme Fatale party for Boston

Britney Spears has revealed plans for her highly anticipated “Femme Fatale” tour, which will swing through Massachusetts later this summer. It will be girls night out at the TD  Garden this August when pop superstar Britney Spears hits town with Nicki Minaj on Monday, August 8.  Tickets for the  show, which range in price from $29.50 to $350, will go on sale Saturday at 11 a.m. through Live Nation. Rounding out the support for the tour are Jesse and the Toy Boys and Nervo.

“This is the Femme Fatale tour and I’m thrilled to have Nicki Minaj, Jessie and the Toy Boys, and Nervo join me and get everyone on the dance floor,” said Spears in a press release. “Can’t wait to take the Femme Fatales on the road.”

Spears will be returning to the road this summer in support of her brand new album, Femme Fatale. The album, her seventh studio effort and first since 2008’s Circus, was  released at the end of March. Femme Fatale debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, marking her sixth #1 album and continuing her reign as one of the top-selling artists of the past decade. Spears has sold more than 67 million albums worldwide since her debut in 1999 and has generated more than 24 Top 40 Hits on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 chart. Femme Fatale features singles “Hold It Against Me” and “Till the World Ends”, the latter of which was recently remixed by Spears with help from Minaj and Ke$ha. Check out the video below.
