Brandon Flowers to play Boston on first solo tour

With the release of his debut solo album hitting stores earlier this week, The Killers’ Brandon Flowers has revealed plans for a full tour in support of the album. He’ll make his to Massachusetts for a show at the House of Blues in Boston on Friday, November 26. Tickets for the sow go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $30 and $40. No support acts have been named.

Flamingo, Flowers’ debut solo album, was released this past Tuesday. Produced by an all-star trio of producers in Stuart Price, Daniel Lanois, and Brendan O’Brien, the 10-song collection debuted at #1 in the United Kingdom after its UK and European release last week. Flamingo’s infectious first single “Crossfire” is currently streaming on Flowers’ MySpace, while the video (which gestures Charlize Theron) is available below.
