After delivering an impressive set at this past weekend’s Life is good Festival, Brandi Carlile has revealed plans for a return visit to Massachusetts this fall. The singer-songwriter will perform at Boston’s Berklee Performance Center on Friday, November 4. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $25 and $29.50.

The Boston show will take place between a pair of previously announced local appearances from Carlile. She’ll first perform for Massachusetts fans at the Calvin Theatre in Northampton on Wednesday, November 2. Tickets for the show are now on sale through NBOTickets for $26 and $36. Carlile will also perform at The Music Hall in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on Sunday, November 6. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $32 to $37, are now on sale through the venue’s website and box office.

Carlile, who has toured in a few different configurations over the past few years, will be heading out on a solo tour with only her guitar and piano as accompaniment. Her latest album, Live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony, was released in May. It was recorded over Carlile’s two sold-out November 2010 performances at the prestigious venue in her hometown. Carlile’s last studio effort was 2009’s Give Up The Ghost, which was produced by Grammy Award winner Rick Runin and contained a collaboration with Elton John titled “Caroline”.

In an interview with Billboard.com earlier this year, Carlile said she had just wrapped up recording her fourth studio album. However, no official details have been released.
