Brad Paisley to rock WKLB’s Country 102.5 Festival

Brad Paisley has revealed plans for his 2011 summer tour with special guest Blake Shelton and Jerrod Niemann. The “H2O II” world tour will stop in Massachusetts for a show at the Comcast Center in Mansfield on Saturday, July 16.

The show will also serve as WKLB Country 102.5’s annual Country Music Festival and feature additional guests The JaneDear Girls, Edens Edge and Sunny Sweeney. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $25 to $59.75, will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

Paisley, the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year, will be touring in support of his forthcoming album, This Is Country Music. Scheduled to hit stores on May 24, it’s Paisley’s eighth studio effort and first since 2009’s American Saturday Night. The album will contain numerous collaborations with other artists, including Alabama, Carrie Underwood, Don Henley, Blake Shelton, Sheryl Crow, Marty Stuart and Carl Jackson. Legendary actor Clint Eastwood contributes by whistling during an instrumental track named after him. The video for lead single “This Is Country Music” is streaming below.

Last summer, Paisley rocked Gillette Stadium in Foxboro by headlining the annual new England Country Music Festival. His upcoming 33-city summer tour includes international trek to Europe for shows in London, Dublin, Stockholm, Oslo and more.

Shelton, who will serve as a judge/coach to singers on the NBC’s upcoming  series “The Voice”, continues to tour in support of a pair of 2010 EP’s All About Tonight and Hillbilly Bone.

Niemann is touring in support of his latest release, Judge Jerrod & the Hung Jury.
