Boyz II Men have announced a spring tour in support of their latest album, Twenty. The R&B group will hit the New England region for a pair of shows in Massachusetts this spring.

The trio, comprised of original members Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman, will first perform at the Hanover Theatre in Worcester on Thursday, May 17. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $37 to $57, are now on sale through the venue’s box office and website. The following night, Boyz II Men will perform at the Zeiterion Theatre in New Bedford. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $40 to $55, are now on sale through the venue’s box office and website.

Released last October in celebration of their twentieth year together, Twenty is the group’s tenth album and their follow-up to 2009’s Love. The album, which debuted at #20 on the Billboard 200, marks their first with original material since 2006’s The Remedy. Twenty was released as a double CD set with ten new songs and ten newly recorded tracks, including classics “End Of The Road”, “I’ll Make Love To You” and “Bended Knee”. The album features production from Babyface, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Dallas Austin and Tim & Bob.

“We started with a pure love for music, so to be here twenty years later doing what we love has been a pure blessing,” said Morris in a press release.

“From day one our fans have been amazing,” added Stockman. “They’ve seen us grow from boys to men, so we owe all our success to their continued support.”

“No matter how many albums we have down throughout the years, we always strive to put out the best sounding music possible,” concluded Morris. “We are excited to be back in the studio again with the guys who have been a part of some of our biggest hits to date, it’s a really good feeling.”
