Big Head Todd & The Monsters have revealed plans to return to the road in 2012. The veteran rockers from Colorado will make their way to Massachusetts for a show at Boston’s House of Blues on Saturday, January 28. Tickets for the show are now on sale through Ticketmaster for $25 and $35.

For the Boston show, the band will play a very special first set featuring their 1990 breakout album, Midnight Radio, performed live in its entirety. They’ll follow it up with a second set of greatest gits, fan favorites and material off their last album, 2010’s Rocksteady.

Big Head Todd & The Monsters began 2011 by recording an all new project under the name “Big Head Blues Club”. Released in March, 100 Years of Robert Johnson celebrates the songs of the late blues singer & musician Robert Johnson. The album features an array of special guests including B.B, King, Charlie Musselwhite, Cedric Burnside, David “Honeyboy” Edwards, Hubert Sumlin, Ruthie Foster and Lightnin’ Malcolm.
