Backstreet Boys have revealed plans to perform a series of shows before the end of the year, including one date in New England. The veteran boy band will play the MGM Grand Theatre at Foxwoods Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut on Friday, December 28. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $70 to $90, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Next year, Backstreet Boys will celebrate their 20th anniversary. The group will mark the occasion with extensive touring and a new album. No release date for their eighth studio effort has bee revealed but it will be the first album featuring all five original members in six years since Kevin Richardson left the group in 2006. In the meantime, Backstreet Boys have released a new original holiday song called new song “It’s Christmas Time Again”. The video for the song is streaming below.

“We’re so proud of this new song,” said Nick Carter in a press release. “There aren’t that many original holiday songs out there – which is so crazy to say – and we really feel we made a timeless contribution to the season and a song our kids’ kids will be listening to. Plus we have our boy Kevin back in the studio with us. This is a really exciting time.”

Despite the reunion with Richardson, only Carter, A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough and Brian Littrell will perform at the upcoming show in Connecticut.
