A Perfect Circle announce return to the road, Boston show

A Perfect Circle are back in action and set to hit the road for a nationwide tour this summer. The rock supergroup will make their return to Boston for a show at the Bank of America Pavilion on Tuesday, July 12. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $34.50 to $4.50, will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

A Perfect Circle currently consists of Maynard James Keenan of Tool, Billy Howerdel, James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins, Matt McJunkins, and Josh Freese who has worked with Nine Inch Nails, Devo, and Weezer. After going on hiatus in 2004, the band has been at work on still unreleased new material over the past few years and will likely be previewing these songs on the road this summer. Their last studio release was 2004’s Emotive.
