50 Cent and G-Unit will bring their reunion tour to Massachusetts next month. After reuniting for live performances and a new EP earlier this year, the Detroit-bred hip hop collective will embark on a fall tour that stops in Boston for a show at the House of Blues on Sunday, November 23. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $50 and $65.

G-Unit members 50 Cent, Young Buck, Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks, along with new member Kidd Kidd, reunited for a set at New York’s annual Hot 97 Summer Jam concert on June 1. They followed up the live reunion with the release of a new single titled “Nah I’m Talkin’ Bout”, a remix of HS87’s “Grindin My Whole Life”. In August, the group surprised fans with the release The Beauty of Independence. The digital EP features six new tracks and follows their 2008 full-length release T·O·S (Terminate on Sight). It debuted at #17 on the Billboard 200.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, 50 Cent admitted that his interest in a reunion with G-Unit just “wasn’t there for a while”. However, now that they are back, his focus is entirely with the group. In order to release another new EP, The Beast Is G-Unit, later this year, he has delayed the release of his next solo album Street King Immortal to later in 2015. “I didn’t want to lose the momentum connected with everyone being back together”, he said. The group has reportedly worked on nearly forty songs for the upcoming release, which will contain just six.

Earlier this year, 50 Cent released a new solo album called Animal Ambition. The rapper’s fifth studio effort debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 after its release in June. Along with lead single “Pilot”, it features several special guests including Trey Songz, Prodigy, Schoolboy Q and Styles P.
