311 to bring Unity to Mansfield with The Offspring

311 will join forces with fellow 90’s rockers The Offspring for this summer’s “Unity Tour”, which will include a performance at the Comcast Center. The Sunday, July 11 show will also feature reggae/rock trio Pepper. Tickets for the show will range in price from from $10 to $50 and go sale Saturday at 11 a.m. throgh Live Nation.

Perennial summertime favorites 311 will return to the road in support of their latest release, Uplifter. The band’s ninth studio album, produced by Bob Rock (Metallica, Motley Crue), debuted as #3 on the Billboard 200 after its release last June. It features singles “Hey You”, “Get Down” and “It’s Alright”. Uplifter marks the band’s first album since 2005’s Don’t Tread On Me, marking its longest gap between albums releases.

The Offspring will take a break from the studio, where they are working on their follow up to 2008’s Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace to hit the road and debut some new material along with their classic hits.
