DMX to hit Cape Cod on comeback tour

DMX has revealed plans for a summer your in support of his forthcoming comeback album Undisputed. The hip-hop legend will make his way to Massachusetts for a performance at Pufferbellies in Hyannis on Thursday, June 21. Tickets for the show are now on sale through Ticketfly for $30.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve had the chance to go out and touch the fans. They’ve consistently supported through the ups and downs,” said DMX in a press release. “I’m anxious to get back in front of them and return the favor, keeping the focus on incredible music and memorable live shows.”

Undisputed, DMX’s seventh studio album and first since 2006’s Year of the Dog… Again is expected to hit stores this fall. No official release date has been announced. The album’s first single, “I Don’t Dance,” has already been released and is available for download via iTunes. The single was produced by JR Rotem and features Cleveland rapper and longtime DMX admirer MGK.

DMX is working closely with longtime friends and collaborators Swizz Beats and Dame Grease on the full-length album.
