After a series of successful shows in Europe last year and their first show in the United States last month, the “Big Four” of metal have revealed plans to bring their day-long festival to the East Coast. Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax – the four legendary bands of 1980’s thrash metal – will rock New York City’s Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, September 14. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $90 to $275, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

On April 23, The Big Four performed their first show in the United States when they rocked the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California, which is also home to the annual Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. It marked the first time ever in their 30-year careers that the four bands performed together in the United States.

“We felt the enormous love and support, so we just had to find a way to make one more Big Four show in the States happen,” declared Metallica in a press release. “Enter New York… We can’t wait for a night in the Bronx as our second American show and for those of you who love fun facts, this will also be the second live music event hosted at the new ballpark.”
