Kia Motors brings free live music to Boston

As part of a nationwide promotional campaign for its 2010 Kia Soul, Kia Motors is in town this weekend to throw big ole party with free music and of course test drives. The free event, which kicked off last night with a private show from Cymbals Eat Guitars, will take place at the Artists For Humanity in South Boston (100 W 2nd Street; Fort Point Channel).& Today& through Sunday, fans check out bands, DJs, free test drives, games, and more each day from 12 to 8 p.m.

Here We Go Magic, White Rabbits and Boy Crisis are just a few of the bands scheduled to perform. The weekend will climax with a performance from Pains of Being Pure at Heart. To get tickets to the New York-based indie rockers show on Sunday, people just have to come to the venue earlier in the weekend (at the times below) to test drive a Kia Soul.
