Josh Turner announces Massachusetts shows

Josh Turner has revealed plans for a summer tour that will bring him to Massachusetts for a pair of shows. The Country crooner will play the Cape Cod Melody Tent on Thursday, August 26 and then head north to play the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset on Friday, August 27. Tickets for both shows range in price from $38.75 to $55.75 and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Turner will be touring in support of his brand new album, Haywire. The new album, his fourth studio effort, was released in February and debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200. The album has been powered by the success of lead single “Why Don’t We Just Dance”, which has become his third #1 hit.

Prior to his solo headlining tour, Turner will join Alan Jackson on his spring tour which includes a pair of New England stops. Turner will open the shows at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire on Thursday, May 13 and the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on Friday, May 14.
