John Fogerty will hit the road this November for a quick theatre tour to support his new album, The Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again. The former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman will play Boston’s Orpheum Theatre on Sunday, October 29. Tickets, which range in price from $35 to $62.50, go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

Released in late August, The Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again is a self-produced album comprised of timeless American songs by Rick Nelson, Buck Owens and The Everly Brothers and features guest vocals from Bruce Springsteen, Don Henley and Timothy B. Schmidt. The new album is a return to the folk roots of his 1973 solo debut Blue Ridge Rangers and follows Fogerty’s 2007 Grammy-nominated studio album, Revival.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will perform a special PBS-televised concert on Saturday, November 7. “Live By Request” will be a two hour performance with the setlist created via fan voting.
