Get ready to party with Bret Michaels

, Staff

Poison frontman Bret Michaels plans on partying with fans on the same night his band rocks the Comcast Center in Mansfield with Def Leppard and Cheap Trick. Michaels, who successfully held the same event last year, will host a special meet-and-greet party at Boston’s Hard Rock Café after the concert on Tuesday, June 30.

Michaels is not only famous for fronting the 80’s hair metal favorites but now also for his multiple seasons as the start of VH1’s reality TV hit “Rock of Love”. With that in mind, promoters Rock On! Concerts expect a mix of both fan bases at his after-show shindig. Tickets for the after-party are $30 and are available online at RockOnConcerts.com or Ticketweb.com.

In related news, Michaels was knocked to the ground when a descending set piece hit him on the head during Poison’s opening performance of "Nothin’ But a Good Time" with the cast of "Rock of Ages" during last night’s Tony Awards ceremony.
