Huey Lewis & The News are touring in support of their latest album, Soulsville. Released last fall via W.O.W. Records, it’s the band’s first studio effort in nine years. Soulsville pays tribute to the rich Stax legacy of the 1960’s & 70’s. Recorded at the historic Ardent Studios in Memphis, the album features 14 classic songs from the vault of Stax Records. One of the original Stax co-engineers, Jim Gaines, who also engineered the band’s best-selling albums, Sports and Fore!, produced Soulsville with the band.

Along with the show in Boston fans can catch Huey Lewis & The News play the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis on Sunday, July 17.
